Hemp was a huge industrial need in Europe and the colonies. This pamphlet holds 36 pages of information on the "most proper for the Growth of that useful and valuable material". From sewing, watering, and how to process the harvest. There is even a fold-out engraving on a productive design for a hemp mill.

Those interested in sailing, rope making and farming will find this a good read. This was printed in Boston, Mass in 1765.
