Although written in 1722, it has recipes diverse and inventive that one might find similar flavors at your local modern coffee shop. Written by Humphrey Broadbent, he includes proper methods of roasting coffee, it's brewing and recipes for different beverages. For Chocolate he explains different properties as well as preparations as deeply as he does Tea.
