In 1777 the support of George Washington was at an all-time low level. There were many men wishing to get rid of Washington and as usual they had another American Officer they felt could lead the army better. In 1777, one such man penned a series of objections, in his opinion, as to how things had been poorly handled. Although no real period printed copy is known, the original handwritten copy rests in the National Archives along with Washington's other papers. This replica (as if a printed copy existed) issue was made specifically for the TV show “Turn”.
